Grandpa's Homemade Sausage

This recipe was given to us by my husband's Dad. It is very good and you can adjust the spices as you wish. We always enjoy the sausage with pancake breakfast or we also use it when we make our stuffing at Thanksgiving which has sausage in it.

Ingredients

• 4  lbs ground pork
• 2  teaspoons black pepper
• 2  teaspoons salt
• 1  teaspoon sage
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 2 -3  drops Tabasco sauce
• 1⁄2 cup powdered milk
• 1 1⁄2 cups water

Directions

1. Mix ground pork with spices.
2. Add water mixed with powdered milk and Tabasco.
3. Make patties or log.
4. Wrap in freezer paper and freeze.
