Grandmother's Lamb Heart Stew

Ingredients
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 lamb heart
- 1⁄4 cup tomato paste
- 2 carrots
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 10 cups beef broth
- 3 cups red wine
Directions
- Place all of the liquid components into a bowl and mix together.
- Chop the carrots into pieces and add to mixture.
- Place the lamb heart in the center of the concoction.
- Boil on your stove until cooked, this should take roughly 4 hours.
