Grandma's Zucchini Corn Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 1 cup cream-style corn
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1⁄2 cup wheat germ
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon monosodium glutamate
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
- Combine zucchini, corn, eggs, wheat germ, seasonings and 1/2 cup cheese in a slightly greased casserole.
- Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered.
