A delicious fruit salad with a thickened fruit juice dresssing. I think this is very good! Cook time includes chill time. Show more

  1. Place fruit in a large bowl.
  2. In 1-qt saucepan stir together all dressing ingredients.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until dressing is thickened (3 to 5 min.).
  4. Let stand 5 minutes.
  5. Pour dressing over fruit; toss to coat.
  6. Chill 15 minutes.
