Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups low-fat milk or 1 1⁄2 cups nonfat milk
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Add honey to milk and warm in the microwave.
- Remove and stir in vanilla.
- Enjoy and then slumber off to bed!
