Grandma's Muesli

This really yummy cereal-like mix of nuts and grains is a great, super-healthy snack/dessert any time of day. (Sorry if anything here is unclear, I'm translating this from my grandma, who's Swedish). Show more

Yields: 6 3/4 cups

Directions

  1. Mix the water with the oil.
  2. Set the oven to 400°F.
  3. Mix everything else in a baking pan, splash/spray water over everything.
  4. Press with fingers so that the moisture is evenly dispersed.
  5. Put in the oven for 20-30 minutes, taking it out 3 to 4 times to stir around.
