Grandma's Muesli

Yields: 6 3/4 cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups rye meal
- 2 cups oats
- 3 1⁄2 ounces chopped almonds
- 3⁄4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1⁄2 cup coconut flakes
- 1⁄2 cup flax seed
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 5 tablespoons cooking oil
Directions
- Mix the water with the oil.
- Set the oven to 400°F.
- Mix everything else in a baking pan, splash/spray water over everything.
- Press with fingers so that the moisture is evenly dispersed.
- Put in the oven for 20-30 minutes, taking it out 3 to 4 times to stir around.
