Grandmas Coleslaw <3

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 small head of cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 1 apple
- 1 small onion
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup raisins (i prefer the golden ones)
- 1⁄2-1 cup vegan mayonnaise or 1⁄2-1 cup mayonnaise
Directions
- add the first four ingredients to a food processor set to grate.
- place in a bowl and combine with the other ingredients.
- serve cold.
