Grandma's Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
- 2 cups red cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 cup green cabbage, fienly shredded
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups tart apples, finely shredded
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 1⁄3 cup wine, viengar white
- 3⁄4 cup salad oil
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- Put cabbage, onion and apple into large salad bowl. Toss lightly. Add horseradish.
- For dressing, combine honey, vinegar, oil and spices in screw top jar. Shake until honey is dissolved.
- Pour dressing over cabbage mixtrue, tossing to blend well.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving for flavors to blend. Toss gently before serving.
