Grandmaman's Baked Apples

Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup white sugar
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- salt
- 2 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- cinnamon
Optional
- chopped nuts, to taste (optional)
Directions
- Stir first 6 ingredients together in the order listed (if using chopped nuts, add with the salt).
- Add apples and mix.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Place mixture into a liberally greased pie plate.
- Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes.
