Grandma T's Sweet Potato Bake

Easy Peasy sweet potatos

Ingredients

• 3  .cups sweet potatoes, Canned
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup milk
• 1⁄3 cup butter
• 2  eggs, beatened
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 1  cup coconut
• 1  cup  chopped  nuts
• 1  cup brown sugar
• 1⁄3 cup butter
• 1⁄3 cup flour

Directions

1. Drain and mash the sweet potato's.
2. Melt the 2/3 of the butter.
3. mix the first 6 ingredients and place in a casserole dish.
4. then mix the bottom 5 ingredients ( topping mix) and sprinkle over top of the potato mix.
5. Bake 350 until set and lightly bowned.
6. about 1/2 hour.
