Grandma’s Buckeyes
Ready In: 4 hrs
Yields: 100 balls
Ingredients
- 1 lb oleo
- 36 ounces peanut butter
- 2 lbs powdered sugar
- 1 paraffin wax block
- 12 ounces milk chocolate chips
Directions
- Melt oleo, add peanut butter and sugar, mix well.
- Shape mixture into walnut shaped balls. Refrigerate until firm. (at least 1 hour).
- Melt paraffin and chocolate chips in top of a double boiler.
- Dip chilled balls inot chocolate and place on waxed paper until firm.
