Grandma Nancy's Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese, cream style
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄3 cup green onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 5 cups cooked potatoes, diced
- 1⁄2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Fold in potatoes and spread into baking dish. Top with shredded monterey jack.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes.
