Grandma Gay's Fudge

Grandma Gay used to make this and it's what my husband's family grew up with. It's very rich and very delicious.

• Yields: 2 pans

Ingredients

• 4  cups sugar
• 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
• 1  cup butter
• 24  ounces chocolate chips
• 28  large marshmallows
• 2  cups  nuts
• 1  tablespoon vanilla

Directions

1. Boil sugar and milk 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
2. Add butter the last 2 minutes.
3. Add chocolate chips and marshmallows.
4. Stir until melted.
5. Stir in vanilla and then nuts.
6. Pour into large buttered pans.
