Grand Marnier Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cranberries
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup Grand Marnier
- 1 orange, zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (can use powdered)
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 vanilla bean, split and seeded
Directions
- Bring water to a boil with sugar and add cranberries. Stir until half have popped and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Cook until berries have popped and have a sauce consistency.
- Storage: The sauce will last one week in the fridge and 6 months in the freezer.
