Grams Carrot Cake

Ohh my most dearly loved Grams. I recently acquired the recipe for my favorite cake in the whole world. My Grams & she can be yours too. Shes just full of sweet love, passed on her recipe for her FAMOUS CARROT CAKE to me while recently making a visit in to Texas to see my newborn grandson. Enjoy. Show more

Serves: 4-6

Yields: 1 cake

Directions

  1. Cake Mix: Shredd carrots. Mix all dry ingredients, add oil, eggs and vinilla. Blend well. Bake @ 350' for 30-minutes or until done. Pour mix in 3-9 inch pans or loaf pans.
  2. Iceing Mix: Mix cream cheese, oleo, sugar, vanilla and pecans. Spread mixture on cake.
