Grain Free ...sugar Free Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 3 cups almond flour
- 3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 mashed ripe bananas
- 3⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup raisins (or chopped walnuts) (optional)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Add almond flour last. Bake for 45-50 min at 310 degrees F (180 C) for bread. Bake for 20-25 min for muffins.
