Ingredients

  • 2  cups graham crackers, crushed
  • 2 12 cups  desiccated coconut
  • 2  tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1  tablespoon flour
  • 300  ml  condensed milk
  • 2  egg yolks

Directions

  1. COOK MIXTURE. In a saucepan, mix desiccated coconut, Grahams, butter, flour, condensed milk and egg yolks. Heat and stir to combine well.
  2. FORM AND SERVE. Cool mixture then form into balls. Roll balls in extra cup of desiccated coconut. Serve.
