Graham Cracker Pudding III

Ingredients
- 1 (1/4ounce) package plain gelatin
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 2⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 1 1⁄2 cups whipping cream or 1 (1 1/3ounce) package Dream Whip
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- graham cracker (amount you desire)
Directions
- Heat gelatin and salt in double boiler to dissolve the gelatin.
- Add egg yolks, sugar and salt to gelatin mixture and make hot. Cool quickly.
- Beat egg whites.
- Beat whipping cream or Dream Whip.
- Combine whites, whipped cream and vanilla.
- Fold into cool mixture and into cracker lined 9-inch square pan.
- Top with crackers
