Graham Cracker Crust Low Fat Low Sugar

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
- 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1 egg white
Directions
- In a food processor, combine crumbs, sugar and butter.
- Pulse until blended.
- Add egg white and pulse until evenly moistened.
- Press into a 9" pie plate.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
- Cool completely before using.
