Graham Cracker Caramel Crisps

Ingredients
- 12 double graham crackers
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1⁄4 cup butter or 1⁄4 cup margarine
- 3⁄4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup almonds, sliced
- 1 cup coconut, flaked
Directions
- heat oven to 350*F.
- line 15x10x1 jelly roll pan with graham crackers.
- sprinkle marshmallows evenly over crackers.
- in 2qt saucepan combine butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.
- cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until brown sugar is dissolved and butter is melted.
- pour evenly over crackers and marshmallows.
- sprinkle with almonds and coconut.
- bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
- cool completely, cut into bars.
