Ingredients
- 3 lbs pot roast
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 1⁄4 cup red wine
- 1⁄4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
Directions
- Heat oil in dutch oven.
- Brown roast on all sides.
- Add everyting else and simmer 2 hours, turning roast often.
- Serve with whipped potatoes and glazed carrots.
- Announce dinner with a loud yell to the household SOUPS ON!
