Gourmet Ole Burgers

Yields: 6 burgers
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1 (1 1/4ounce) package taco seasoning (Lawry's)
- 1⁄4 cup catsup
- monterey jack cheese slice
- salsa
- lettuce
- avocado
Directions
- In medium bowl, combine ground beef, taco seasoning and catsup; blend well. Shape into patties.
- Grill or broil burgers 5-7 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Top each burger with a slice of cheese. Return to grill or broiler until cheese melts. Top with a dollop of salsa.
- Serve on toasted hamburger buns with lettuce and avocado slices, if desired.
