Gourmet Hot Cocoa Mix

Bulk hot cocoa mix in which different flavors can be made simply by using different flavored coffee creamers and pudding mixes:)

• Serves: 16-18
• Yields: 20 cups of cocoa

Ingredients

• 1  cup powdered milk
• 1 1⁄2 cups  powdered coffee creamer
• 1  cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup  unsweetened baking cocoa
• 4 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix

Directions

1. Sift together all dry ingredients and store in covered container of your choosing.
2. To use mix: stir 2 heaping tablespoons of cocoa mix into 8 oz. mug of hot water.
