  1. Brown ground meat until pink. Drain off grease.
  2. Add onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook 5 minutes.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Stir and simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste. If mixture thickens to much add more water.
  7. Serve with corn chips and cheese, cornbread, or garlic bread.
