Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 (10 ounce) cans Rotel Tomatoes
- 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle spicy hot V8
- chopped onion
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Brown ground meat until pink. Drain off grease.
- Add onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Cook 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Stir and simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
- Salt and pepper to taste. If mixture thickens to much add more water.
- Serve with corn chips and cheese, cornbread, or garlic bread.
