Gorgonzola Salad Dressing

A delicious salad dressing that is especially good on a wedge salad or used as a vegetable dip. This is the most requested dressing at my house.

Ingredients

• 1  cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄4 cup buttermilk
• 2 -3  tablespoons gorgonzola
• 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 1 hour. Cooking time is for the refrigeration.
