Gorgonzola Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb 80% lean hamburger
- 1⁄4 cup crumbled gorgonzola
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- lettuce
- sliced cucumber
- sliced yellow onion
- roll
Directions
- In a mixing bowl add the burger and cheese. Drizzle with the olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine lightly and using your hands, shape into a ball about the size of a tennis ball. Pat burger into shape.
- Drizzle more olive oil into a pan, allow to warm. Add the burgers and cook to your preference.
- Place burger on a roll, top with a piece of lettuce, sliced cucumber and onion.
