Gorgonzola and Pear Tea Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup gorgonzola, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 8 slices raisin pumpernickel bread (thin slices)
- 2 pears, peeled and thinly sliced
Directions
- Combine the cream cheese, Gorgonzola cheese and cream in a bowl and mix to blend well.
- Spread the cheese mixture on 1/2 of the bread slices. Top with the pear slices, remaining cheese mixture and remaining bread slices.
