Gooey Caramel Cookie Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1⁄2 cup miniature marshmallow
- 1⁄4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar
- 2 pinches salt
- 1⁄2 cup whipped cream (optional)
Directions
- preheat oven to 350.
- press 1/2 cup of the cookie dough on the bottom of the pan.
- put the marshmallows and 1/8 cup of the white chocolate chips in the pan and set aside.
- in a small saucepan melt butter on low heat.
- whisk in brown sugar and salt.
- remove from heat.
- pour into pan.
- spread the rest of the cookie dough on top.
- sprinkle the rest of the white chocolate chips on top.
- bake in oven for 5 - 10 min.
- let cool.
- serve with whipped cream.
