Gooey Caramel Cookie Cake

  1. preheat oven to 350.
  2. press 1/2 cup of the cookie dough on the bottom of the pan.
  3. put the marshmallows and 1/8 cup of the white chocolate chips in the pan and set aside.
  4. in a small saucepan melt butter on low heat.
  5. whisk in brown sugar and salt.
  6. remove from heat.
  7. pour into pan.
  8. spread the rest of the cookie dough on top.
  9. sprinkle the rest of the white chocolate chips on top.
  10. bake in oven for 5 - 10 min.
  11. let cool.
  12. serve with whipped cream.
