Good Lemon Bars

Ingredients
Crust
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 cup confectioners' sugar
Filling
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup flour
Directions
- Mix 2 sticks butter, 2 cups flour and confectioner's sugar. Spread in a greased 9 by 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes -- make filling while baking.
- Mix filling ingredients and spread over baked crust. Bake for another 25 minutes.
- After baking, run a sharp knife around the edge and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
