Golden Sweet Cornbread

This cornbread is sweet and delicious, it is great with bb-q ribs and baked beans.

Ingredients

• 1  cup flour
• 1  cup cornmeal
• 2⁄3 cup sugar
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 3 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2  eggs
• 1  cup milk
• 1⁄3 cup  vegetable oil
• 1⁄3 cup honey

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 deg.
2. Combine all ing. in mixing bowl and mix with electric mixer for about 2 minute.
3. Pour into greased 8-8" glass baking dish and bake for 35-40minute or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
