Golden Pumpkin Meringue Pie

Ingredients
- 3 eggs, seoarated
- 16 ounces pumpkin
- 4 1⁄4 cups sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 2⁄3 cups evaporated milk
- 9 inches pie shells
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 7 ounces kraft marshmallow creme
Directions
- Beat egg yolks slightly.
- Add pumpkin milk, sugar, spice, and salt.
- Mix well.
- pour into pie shell and bake at 425* for 15 min.
- reduce temprature to 350* and bake for 45 min or until pie is set.
- Cool.
- Beat egg whites and salt until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add marshmallor creme.
- Beat until stiff peaks form.
- Spread meringue on top of pie, sealing to edgeof pie.
- Bake at 350* for 15 min or until lightly browned.
