Ingredients

  • 2  cups pumpkin, mashed
  • 2  tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3  eggs
  • 1  tablespoon flour
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 1  pinch salt
  • 1  cup milk
  •  pie shell (either your own recipe or storebought)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Beat eggs, then add sugar and flour.
  3. Add pumpkin, butter, salt and milk.
  4. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie crust.
  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
