Golden Bread

A Bread Machine Recipe. It is very moist.

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup water (70 to 80 degrees)
• 1  cup small curd cottage cheese
• 2  tablespoons butter or 2  tablespoons margarine, softened
• 1  egg
• 1  tablespoon sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 3  cups bread flour
• 1  teaspoon active dry yeast

Directions

1. In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer.
2. Select basic bread setting.
3. Choose crust color and loaf size if available.
4. Bake according to bread machine directions.
