Goat Cheese, Arugula and Strawberry Salad

Ingredients
- 2 ounces arugula
- 8 ounces strawberries, washed and hulled
- 5 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
Directions
- Divide the arugula leaves between 4 plates.
- Slice the strawberries and scatter on top of the leaves with the cheese.
- Whisk together the oils, vinegar and sugar.
- Drizzle over the salad and serve.
