Goat Cheese and Marinated Olive Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 1 (4 ounce) package goat cheese, room temperature
- 1 loaf baguette, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup kalamata olive
- 1⁄4 cup green olives
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette (more or less to taste)
- olive oil
Directions
- preheat broiler.
- slice bread, and brush each slice with olive oil.
- toast under broiler until light brown and crispy.
- finely chop olives (I use my food processor), and add balsamic vinaigrette.
- spread goat cheese on each slice, and add olive mixture on top.
