Gnocchi With Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb prepared potato gnocchi
- 6 ounces gorgonzola, sauce (you can substitute Danish Bleu)
- 1⁄2 cup whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh spinach
Directions
- Cook gnocchi as per package directions and drain well.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine cheese and whipping cream.
- Heat, stirring, until smooth - about 4 minutes.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted - about 1 minute.
- Toss with gnocchi and serve immediately.
