Gluten Free White Chocolate Raisinets

Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1⁄2 cup tapioca flour
- 1⁄2 cup potato starch
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 8 ounces butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup white chocolate chunks
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Soften butter.
- Cream butter, egg and sugar.
- Add soda, salt and xanthan gum.
- Mix in flour.
- Add raisins, chocolate and white chocolate.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8 minutes at 350.
