Gluten Free, Egg Free Brownies

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup margarine, melted
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3⁄4 cup rice flour (I used a mix of glutenous and plain)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon gluten free baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 cup soymilk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Melt margerine.
- Mix dry ingredients togther.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until well blended.
- Put in a greased 9X9 pan.
- Bake for 15-20 min, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
