Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 cup confectioners' sugar (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease cookie sheet or line with parchment.
- Cream butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
- Beat in egg.
- Stir in coconut flour.
- Form into 8 balls and bake 15 minutes, until golden.
- Let cool; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
