Gluten-Free Baking Mix

Great mix for making gluten free breads, breading meats, thickening soups, etc. Cook time varies but the form made me put a number in there.

Ingredients

• 4  cups  rice flour, finely ground
• 1 1⁄2 cups potato starch
• 2⁄3 cup tapioca starch

Directions

1. MIX and use in recipes for flour/gluten free bread.
2. Replace measure for measure for AP Flour.
