- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1⁄2 cup carbonated water, at room temperature
- 1⁄4 cup whole milk, also at room temperature
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
Dry Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup millet flour
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 1⁄2 cup tapioca flour
- 1⁄2 cup almond meal
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon xanthan gum
- 2 1⁄4 teaspoons yeast (DO NOT MIX WITH DRY INGREDIENTS)
