Gluten-Free Almond Honey Bread

I got this from GlutenFreeMommy.com and did it in my new bread machine. It is yummy!

Yields: 1 loaf

Ingredients

  • Wet Ingredients

  • 14 cup honey
  • 1  teaspoon vinegar
  • 1  teaspoon  almond extract
  • 12 cup carbonated water, at room temperature
  • 14 cup  whole milk, also at room temperature
  • 2  eggs, beaten
  • 4  tablespoons butter, melted
  • Dry Ingredients

  • 12 cup  millet flour
  • 1  cup  brown rice flour
  • 12 cup tapioca flour
  • 12 cup  almond meal
  • 2  tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 1  tablespoon xanthan gum
  • 2 14 teaspoons  yeast (DO NOT MIX WITH DRY INGREDIENTS)

Directions

  1. For the bread machine:.
  2. All wet ingredients first.
  3. dry ingredients second.
  4. YEAST ON THE TOP - NOT MIXED inches.
  5. Enjoy!
