Gluten Free Almond Crusted Tilapia

This recipe is modified from another recipe. It is simple and easy and great for those that are avoiding gluten and dairy. I make it in a toaster oven to prevent heating the house with the big oven. Show more

Ingredients

  • 1  tilapia fillet
  • 2  tablespoons  almond flour
  • 1 12 teaspoons  grated lemons
  • 1  teaspoon olive oil
  • 1  dash  lawry's  garlic salt
  • 1  dash  mccormicks  dry chili lime seasoning

Directions

  1. Grate whole frozen lemon (or use lemon zest). Mix with Almond Flour.
  2. Sprinkle Tilapia filet with Garlic Salt and Chili with lime on each side, and place in a piece of foil.
  3. Pat Almond Flour mixture onto the fish fillet and drizzle with oil. Close Foil. Place in preheated 425 degree oven and bake for 20 minutes. Open foil and brown for 2-3 minutes.
