Gloria's Granola

Ingredients
- 6 cups uncooked quick oats
- 1⁄2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3⁄4 cup wheat germ
- 1⁄2 cup shredded coconut
- 1⁄3 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3⁄4 cup dried cranberries
Directions
- Place oats in ungreased 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove and blend in remaining dry ingredients (brown sugar through walnuts).
- Add oil honey and vanilla; mix until dry ingredients are well coated. Divide mixture into two equal parts; bake each separately in an ungreasted 9x13-inch baking pan 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beginning to brown. Add dried cranberries; cook 5 minutes longer.
- Stir until crumbly and store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
