Gloria's Famous Nameless Cookies

• Yields: 48 cookies

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 lb butter
• 3⁄4 cup  Crisco cooking oil or 3⁄4 cup  corn oil
• 1 1⁄2 cups brown sugar, packed
• 2  cups granulated sugar
• 2  eggs
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking soda
• 3⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
• 4  cups flour
• 7  ounces flaked coconut
• 12  ounces  semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 6  ounces pecans, broken

Directions

1. Combine as listed and shape into 2-inch balls 2-inches part on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Transfer at once from baking sheets to paper toweling to cool.
2. These freeze well either before or after baked.
