Glazed Pineapple-Barbecue Chops

I found this recipe on the Bull's-Eye BBQ website. Sooooooooo easy and sooooooooo yummy. I would usually just throw pork chops on the grill and put BBQ sauce on them, never again after tasing this! You can use any BBQ sauce with this recipe. It's also great on chicken!

• Yields: 4 chops

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup  bull's eye brown sugar and hickory barbecue sauce
• 1 (8 ounce) can  crushed pineapple, undrained
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
• 4  boneless pork chops

Directions

1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Mix BBQ sauce,pineapple with it's liquid,cinnamon and dry mustard until well blended.
3. Brush on BBQ mixture on each side before turning.
4. Grill for about five minutes on each side or till done.
5. Serve with the rest of the BBQ sauce mixture.
