Glazed Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce, divided use
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, divided use
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh gingerroot
- 12 chicken wings, cut at joints, tips removed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Combine 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp lemon juice and ginger; pour over chicken stirring to coat.
- Refrigerate 30 minute.
- Combine remaining 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, honey and 1 Tbsp water.
- In wok or large skillet, brown chicken in hot oil; pour off oil.
- Add honey mixture.
- Over meduim heat, cook-covered-5 minute.
- Over high heat cook uncovered 5 minute or till chicken is glazed; stir occasionally.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
