glazed canadian bacon

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs sliced Canadian bacon
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons yellow mustard
Directions
- mix the brown sugar and mustard together in a bowl.
- arrange canadian bacon on a baking sheet lined with no stick foil.
- brush each piece of bacon with mustard mixture.
- bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- check every 5-10 minutes after to ensure bacon does not dry out.
- glaze should be bubbly and slightly crispy.
