glazed canadian bacon

mom used to make this when we were kids and it was a hit. hope you like it!

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 lbs  sliced Canadian bacon
• 1⁄3 cup brown sugar
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons yellow mustard

Directions

1. mix the brown sugar and mustard together in a bowl.
2. arrange canadian bacon on a baking sheet lined with no stick foil.
3. brush each piece of bacon with mustard mixture.
4. bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
5. check every 5-10 minutes after to ensure bacon does not dry out.
6. glaze should be bubbly and slightly crispy.
