Gingery Maple Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken drumsticks or 2 lbs chicken pieces
- 1⁄3 cup flour
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 1⁄2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Heat oven to 325*F.
- Dredge chicken in flour.
- Brown on all sides in hot oil.
- Place in a 13X9 inch pan.
- Whisk together remaining ingredients.
- Pour over chicken.
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour 15 minutes, turning every 15 minutes until tender.
