Gingery Carrot Bread

This makes a large 1-1/2 pound loaf. The original recipe said to cook on "white" setting, but my notes say it needs to cook longer.

• Yields: 1 1/2 lb loaf

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄4 cups water
• 2  teaspoons  yeast
• 3 1⁄2 cups whole wheat flour
• 2  tablespoons cashews
• 1 1⁄4 teaspoons gingerroot, Freshly grated
• 1 1⁄4 teaspoons salt
• 1 1⁄4 cups carrots, Grated

Directions

1. Place in the bread machine in the order specified by your particular machine.
