Gingersnaps

This is one of my favorite cookie recipes. The cookies are coated in sugar making them really good. They are great for parties because of how many cookies the recipe makes. Show more

  1. Preheat oven to 325. In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugar. Stir in the eggs, molasses, and vinegar. Sift and add the flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves. Mix ingredients until blended.
  2. Form dough into ¾ inch balls. Roll the dough ball through sugar an place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for about about 12 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
